MULTIVAC is a world-leading provider of packaging solutions for food, medical and pharmaceutical products, as well as industrial and consumer goods, and was looking for professional support in creating communication tools with its stakeholders.
Strategy
The BE Ideas team carried out a survey of the needs and tools used, subsequently proceeding with a planning and definition of objectives in terms of content management for email marketing and social media management. Procedures and responsibility for tasks were defined, with BE Ideas being responsible for collecting and creating content, as well as managing the different platforms.
Results
Communication aligned with the objectives and different communication moments defined by MULTIVAC, in addition to a renewal of the image and consistency in communication in the market, leveraging its notoriety.
