When nothing inspires us. Creativity seems to have deserted you. You think, what am I going to do now? Where will I find my inspiration? How will I turn this challenge around? The first thought is to postpone this process. In doing so I am just holding myself to obligation. Putting things off is a complex psychological problem, say the experts. The first step is to understand why we do it. Either we do it out of a lack of self-confidence or out of an escape from discomfort. In the first case, the highest level is reached in perfectionists, who create such high standards that they are afraid to do anything. In the escape from discomfort, this is when we are afraid of the feeling of anxiety and unease associated with starting tasks. Whether for one reason or another, the ideal is to find a suitable time and space, invite or consult people who can help us, do some research on the net and find a way, which always comes up. And that when the tip of the thread of the idea appears and it develops, enthusiasm takes over and the satisfaction of being confident in the solution found is only surpassed by the feeling of goal accomplished. And this is where victory over limits is greater than your resistance.
